Stakes Supper Club is Commerce Casino’s signature fine dining restaurant, serving everything from $6 breakfast specials to fresh Maine lobster and filet mignon surf and turf – a distinct shift from the “usual casino food in LA”. Stakes has enlisted the help of Prescriptive Music and its programmers to compose the ultimate vibe for this unexpectedly upscale environment.
The daytime playlist features a mix of adult contemporary, light classic rock and pop to make guests feel comfortable and relaxed while they enjoy their fresh and inspired meals. At night, Stakes gets jazzy. Live jazz musicians play every Thursday, Friday and Saturday night while Prescriptive fills in the rest of the week seamlessly with playlists comprised of vocal jazz classics new and old.
